BoneProfileR is a scientific method and a software used to model bone section for paleontological and ecological studies.

This web server version v. 3.2.12 build 1021 is a simplified version of the complete tools available as an R package.

Periodic analysis

Do a periodic analysis?

The time requires for periodic analysis is around 5 minutes.

Be patient, to be completed, the analysis requires between 40 seconds or more than 5 minutes if you use 2-steps or periodic analysis. It depends also on the size of the section in pixels.

Export formated data for Excel

You can have a security warning because I do not use https site. There is no risk to download the results.
